Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

- Australia: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: approximately 6–10 business days after dispatch
- Canada: approximately 6–9 business days after dispatch
- New Zealand: approximately 6–10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays and severe weather can affect arrival times.
Tracking
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order or tracking details. A tracking number may take a short time to show its first carrier scan.
Address changes and delivery issues
Email support@chinrubs.com as soon as possible if your address needs correction or your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. Include your order number so we can investigate promptly.
Taxes and customs
Any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, local customs authorities may apply import taxes or duties that are not included in the product price.
