Store use
You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction or have appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
Products and sizing
Please read the product description, size guide and care instructions before ordering. Measure the widest part of each paw while your dog is standing and select the size that accommodates the largest measurement. Product colours may appear slightly different across screens.
Orders and payment
Prices, currency, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide the refund or other remedy required by law.
Promotions
Promotions apply only to the qualifying products, dates and conditions shown with the offer. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not combine unless stated.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Product use
Use the socks under appropriate supervision, check the fit regularly and remove them if your dog appears uncomfortable. The socks are an everyday accessory and are not a substitute for veterinary advice or specialist protective equipment.
